FAQs

Got questions? I’ve got you.

Here’s what you might want to know before we work together.

  • Individual 90-minute intake session: $250

This first session is a chance to exhale, lay it all out, and start mapping what actually needs to shift. We’ll cut through the noise and get real about what’s working, what’s not, and where you want to go from here.

    Ongoing Individual 50-minute sessions: $200

This is where the work happens. Whether we’re unpacking a mental spiral, rewriting patterns, or just making sense of your latest identity crisis- I’ve got you. No fluff. No fake calm. Just real talk, solid tools, and space to feel like yourself again.

  • Couples 90-minute intake session: $350

This deep-dive session helps us get to the root of what’s actually going on. We’ll look at your dynamic, your cycles, and what needs to change so you can stop spiraling and start reconnecting- for real this time.

    Ongoing Couples 50-minute sessions: $300

These sessions are built to help you both feel heard, seen, and on the same team again. We’ll interrupt the old fights, rebuild safety, and create new ways to show up for each other.ion text goes here

  • One-Day Couples Intentsives

For couples who need a reset, not a long-term therapy commitment. These full-day workshops are designed to help you get unstuck, fast. Whether you’re mid-crisis or just overdue for a deep recalibration, we’ll spend the day diving into the core patterns that keep you disconnected, resentful, or on edge- and start building something better right away.

    Multi-Day Couples Intensives

Perfect for couples who are ready to do deep, transformative work in a short amount of time. We’ll untangle years of miscommunication, resentment, and emotional avoidance in a space designed to help you reconnect without distractions, delays, or sugarcoating. Think of it as relationship surgery, with actual healing.

Intensive pricing is customized based on the needs, goals, and structure best suited to each couple. Let’s talk about what you’re looking for, and I’ll help you figure out the best plan.

  • I’m an out-of-network provider, which means:

    • Clients pay the full fee at the time of service.

    • You may be eligible for reimbursement; just request a superbill after session.

    • Accepting all major credit cards (including HSA/FSA), Venmo, Cash App.

    • I choose not to bill insurance because I want therapy to work… not just check boxes.

  • Full fee applies if you cancel or miss a session with less than 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is on a limited availability basis. Life happens, so reach out if you’re unsure and we’ll figure it out together.

  • Yes! Telehealth is absolutely effective—and for many people, it's actually more convenient and consistent than in-person therapy. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform that allows us to do deep, connected work without the stress of commuting, parking, or rushing between meetings.

That said, I get it; some work is best done in person.

I currently offer in-person couples intensives in Central Florida for those wanting a full-day, face-to-face experience.

And I anticipate returning to regular in-office sessions in early 2026.

If you're unsure whether virtual or in-person therapy is right for your situation, let’s talk about it and figure out what would best support you.

    • A lot of real talk, and zero fluff.

    • A blend of evidence-based tools (Gottman, EFT, Brainspotting, Restoration Therapy) + intuition + lived experience.

    • A relationship that’s structured, human, compassionate, annnd sometimes sassy.

  • Absolutely. I adhere to the highest ethical standards and provide an Informed Consent document outlining confidentiality, including exceptions for imminent harm, child or elder abuse, or court subpoenas.

  • That depends on your goals. We’ll work together to determine what’s right. My goal is to equip you to thrive and empower you to live well beyond our work together.

  • Feel free to reach out and ask! We can schedule a quick call to answer questions and see if we’re the right fit before booking a session.

  • No Surprise Act Policy

In line with the No Surprises Act (effective January 1, 2022), all healthcare providers- including therapists- are required to inform clients of their federal rights and protections against unexpected or "surprise" bills from out-of-network providers.

    Privacy Policy

For more on privacy, billing, and how your information is handled, you can check out the fine print here because informed consent shouldn’t be confusing.

If you made it all the way down here, we might be a good fit.
