FAQs

Got more questions? I’ve got you.

Here’s what you might want to know before we work together.

  • For individual therapy, I accept United Health and Aetna plans. Couples therapy and intensives are not covered by insurance due to the nature of the work. For all other insurers, I’m considered an out-of-network provider, which means:

    • Clients pay the full fee at the time of service.

    • You may be eligible for reimbursement; just request a superbill after session.

    • Accepting all major credit cards (including HSA/FSA), Venmo, Cash App.

  • I do offer sliding scale spots, but my roster is currently full. You can absolutely get on the waitlist though; just reach out and I’ll let you know as soon as a slot opens up.

  • Full fee applies if you cancel or miss a session with less than 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is on a limited availability basis. Life happens, so reach out if you’re unsure and we’ll figure it out together.

  • Yes! Telehealth is absolutely effective and for many people, it's actually more convenient and consistent than in-person therapy. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform that allows us to do deep, connected work without the stress of commuting, parking, or rushing between meetings.

That said, I get it; some work is best done in person.

I currently offer in-person couples intensives in Central Florida for those wanting a full-day, face-to-face experience. And I anticipate returning to regular in-office sessions in 2026.

If you're unsure whether virtual or in-person therapy is right for your situation, let’s talk about it and figure out what would best support you.

  • Absolutely. I adhere to the highest ethical standards and provide an Informed Consent document outlining confidentiality, including exceptions for imminent harm, child or elder abuse, or court subpoenas.

  • Yep! I have evening availability if you’re too slammed with work or life during the day. (weekends are reserved for intensives.)

  • For the full scoop on each offering, hit up the relevant service page. I actually answer the awkward, weird, and practical stuff there!

Still have questions? Feel free to reach out and ask! We can schedule a quick call to answer questions and see if we’re the right fit before booking a session.

  • No Surprise Act Policy

In line with the No Surprises Act (effective January 1, 2022), all healthcare providers- including therapists- are required to inform clients of their federal rights and protections against unexpected or "surprise" bills from out-of-network providers.

    Privacy Policy

For more on privacy, billing, and how your information is handled, you can check out the fine print here because informed consent shouldn’t be confusing.

If you made it all the way down here, we might be a good fit.
